To complement my recent mini-review of Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kira Episode 2 (Geez that is a long title), I thought it would be nice as I realized I never actually did a mini-review of it – to catch you up with the storyline of the first episode. Of course, I couldn’t be bothered looking where my copy is so instead, decided to supplement it with this… Episode 21 of Higurashi Parody Fandub, a series released by Youtube user Uuumineko who originally went under the username nyodude. Surprisingly, this parody seems to have more of a storyline to it (Er…. sort of) then the actual episode itself which was fanservice, fanservice and more fanservice.
Anyway, whilst the Higurashi Parody Fandub series is sometimes too eccentric for my taste, they are enjoyable to watch, and as the username suggests, they have already released 5 episodes of Umineko Parody Fandub, the first episode of which can be viewed below.
