Following the visual novel’s official English localised PC release by Jast USA in 2014, PQube have confirmed that their PlayStation 3 / PlayStation Vita edition of Steins;Gate is now available in Europe. To mark this release, the publisher have also shared a new launch trailer – which can be found at the top of this post.
Set in present-day Tokyo, Steins;Gate charts the misfortune of a group of friends who, after discovering a means of sending messages back into the past, find the consequences of their actions spiraling out of control.
Developed by MAGES, 5pb, NitroPlus and the “Science Adventure Team”, Steins;Gate is the second is a line of linked stories including Chaos;Head, Robotics;Notes and Chaos;Child. There is currently no word on if PQube will ever look into licensing other instalments in the franchise.
