Bob has joined the TEKKEN 8 roster as the latest character from the game’s Season 3 lineup, bringing his combination of speed, power and Freestyle Karate back to the series. Season 3 Pass holders can access Bob now through early access, while he will become available for individual purchase for all players tomorrow (24 August 2026).
First introduced in TEKKEN 6, Bob returns in TEKKEN 8 with his story picking up after a beating from Bryan on his way to the King of Iron Fist Tournament 7. While recovering in hospital, Bob grows tired of the food being served and begins developing his own burger recipe.
Following his discharge, Bob establishes a successful burger chain before finding further success with the creation of “Bob’s Onigiri”, earning him additional wealth and recognition. His circumstances eventually bring him into contact with Kazuya Mishima as Kazuya pursues his plans for global domination. Despite his newfound business success, Bob decides to confront Kazuya and once again pursue his own sense of justice.
Bob joins the previously released Kunimitsu as part of the TEKKEN 8 Season 3 Pass. Roger Jr. and crossover character Yujiro Hanma are also scheduled to join the roster as part of Season 3.
Developed by Bandai Namco Studios, TEKKEN 8 is available now for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
