Cozy Marbles Playtest Now Available On Steam Ahead Of Late 2026 Release

Pixel Pea Games and publisher Mythwright have released a playable preview of their upcoming physics-based simulation title, Cozy Marbles. Interested players can download the playtest via Steam to experience the marble run building mechanics ahead of the game’s full launch.

The trial period is scheduled to remain active until 18 May 2026. This early version allows users to experiment with various track components such as loops, twists, drops, and boosters to create intricate courses. While the goal is to guide marbles to a designated finish line, the physics engine also allows for more unpredictable results where marbles may fly off the intended path. These activities are set within a sunlit virtual living room, providing a backdrop for both high-speed racing tracks and more complex, imaginative designs.

The developers have also included full Twitch integration within this build. This functionality is designed for streamers, enabling their audience to participate directly by adding additional marbles to the active races through the chat window.

Following the conclusion of this limited-time playtest, Pixel Pea Games intends to continue development toward a full release on Steam later in 2026. The complete version of the game is expected to expand upon the current offerings with more environments, a larger selection of track pieces, and deeper customisation systems.
