To mark the expansion of the House Flipper franchise and invite new users into the community, developer Frozen District is currently offering the original House Flipper base game for free on Steam. This limited time promotion began on 3 April 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 6 April 2026.
In addition to the free offer for the base game, playtests for the upcoming House Flipper Remastered Collection have officially commenced. Developed by Frozen Way, these playtests are part of the Steam House and Home Fest 2026. Interested players can access the playtest version through Steam until 6 April 2026.
Regarding the eventual release of the collection, Frozen Way has provided details on its pricing structure through a new infographic. The final cost for players will be determined by the number of downloadable content packs they already own for the original game.
To provide further insight into the project, the development team has released a Q&A video addressing common questions about the remastered version.
