Shueisha Games and developer Hakababunko have officially released the paranormal mystery adventure title Urban Myth Dissolution Center on iOS and Android devices. Following its initial launch on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5 in February last year, the mobile version is now available for download through the App Store and Google Play at a price of $17.99 USD or local equivalent.
The narrative follows Azami Fukurai, a newcomer to an institution tasked with investigating and dissolving various supernatural phenomena. These mysteries involve cursed items, dimensional anomalies, and strange creatures derived from internet legends. Players work under the supervision of Ayumu Meguriya, a Level S psychic, to gather evidence and reveal the reality behind these episodic cases. The game is presented in a psychedelic pixel art style to complement the tone of the narrative.
The mobile edition includes the entirety of the original script and visual content while introducing specific technical updates. These additions include full touch control optimization and a mobile exclusive frame feature. This allows users to select from four different border designs, such as the Toshikai kun pattern, to occupy the non playable areas of the screen.
