Marvelous Europe has issued two simultaneous updates for Daemon X Machina: Titanic Scion. The sci-fi action title, which originally launched on 5 September for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC via Steam, and the Nintendo Switch 2, has now been brought up to versions v1.2.1 and v1.2.2.
The primary addition in these patches is the introduction of three new boss encounters. Players can now face off against Insania Rex RT: Ω, Immortal Void RT: Ω, and Chaldia’s Effigy. These enemies are designed to offer unique challenges and rewards and are accessible for repeated play via the in-game Rematch Simulator.
On the technical side, the updates address several issues within the game. A significant fix has been implemented for a progress blocker that was affecting the “Into the Abyss” expansion pack. The patches also cover various minor bug fixes intended to improve general stability.
Coinciding with the updates, the publisher has confirmed the first sale for the title. Digital editions of the game and select downloadable content are currently discounted by 30% for the holidays. This promotion is available across all supported digital storefronts.
