Battle Train Now Available on Nintendo Switch and PC

The fast-paced deckbuilding rogue lite Battle Train has officially launched on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam. Co-developed by Terrible Posture Games and Nerd Ninjas, and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment America, the title seeks to bring together strategic resource management and explosive train-based combat, all set within the eccentric world of a televised game show. A free demo is also currently available on Steam for those wanting to experience Battle Train first-hand.

In Battle Train, players step into the shoes of contestants competing against Rival Champions, utilising a deck of cards to lay tracks, unlock resources, defend bases, and attack enemy structures. Each card played consumes resources and contributes to building a track grid, with the ultimate goal of connecting to enemy bases and launching locomotives loaded with explosives. Victory is awarded to those who can destroy their rival’s bases first, unlocking new cards, customisation options, train upgrades, and in-game currency along the way.

The game’s campaign promises fast-paced duels, branching paths, boss battles, special events, and an escalating roster of memorable opponents. Players will need to assemble a powerful locomotive and a tactical deck to overcome challenges and compete for the title of Supreme President Conductor.
