Knights Peak and VEA Games have announced a partnership with U&I Entertainment to release a physical edition of Nikoderiko: The Magical World – Director’s Cut for retail stores globally.
Released digitally, Nikoderiko: The Magical World is a platforming title developed by VEA Games. The game follows the journey of two mongoose characters through a whimsical, magical setting. It is currently available digitally on several platforms, including the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with these releases clearly justifying the jump to dedicate time, resources, and budget to offering the game on physical store shelves. The physical release, at least in Australia, will be available on both PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.
The Director’s Cut includes a new world, additional gameplay modes, and visual and performance enhancements. This content will be offered as a free update for current digital owners of the game. For new players, the physical release will include the base game and all Director’s Cut content in one package, retailing for $69.95 AUD.
