Tickets are now available for the Brisbane season of the new Australian production of Annie, which will be staged at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC from 27 December 2025. Pre-sale access has begun, with general public sales opening on 9 May. Those interested in early access can still join the official waitlist via the musical’s official website, or just wait a couple of days.
Presented by John Frost for Crossroads Live, the production brings together a cast of well-known and emerging performers. Anthony Warlow returns to the role of Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks, which he previously performed in Australia and on Broadway. Meanwhile, Debora Krizak will take on the role of Miss Hannigan.
Mackenzie Dunn and Keanu Gonzalez will appear as Lily St. Regis and “Rooster” Hannigan, respectively. The pair previously performed opposite each other as Rizzo and Kenickie in the Australian tour of Grease. Amanda Lea LaVergne, last seen in Jekyll and Hyde, will portray Grace Farrell. Greg Page, known for his work as the original Yellow Wiggle, will play President Roosevelt in his first musical theatre role.
But of course, the most important cast members will be those youngsters playing the role of Annie and her orphan friends. Those interested in submitting an application for their daughter once auditions open should register via the official Crossroads Live Australia talent portal.
