Arc System Works Co., Ltd. has announced their upcoming release of Super Technos World: River City & Arcade Classics, a collection of 12 games from Technos Japan, set to launch on 24 April 2025 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam.
This collection showcases a mix of arcade classics from the River City and Double Dragon series, in addition to a couple of other nostalgic gems. It includes games that have been difficult to access or widely ported in the past, offering fans and newcomers the opportunity to explore some of Technos Japan’s titles. The collection spans genres, from action RPGs and platformers to party games and arcade favourites.
The compilation features games such as Super Dodge Ball, River City Renegade, Kunio’s Oden, Xain’d Sleena, The Combatribes, Sugoro Quest++ DICENICS and DunQuest. Additionally, players can enjoy newly added features, such as the “Suspend Save” function for mid-game progress and online support for multiplayer modes.
