Ubisoft Australia and New Zealand has today announced that players can visit the Microsoft Experience Centre in Pitt Street Mall, Sydney, for a chance to play Star Wars Outlaws before its official release. The event will be held on Saturday, 17 August 2024, from 10am to 4pm AEST, with hour-long timeslots able to be registered for.
Players interested in attending can register for designated timeslots for hands-on sessions. The available session times are:
- Saturday, 17 August, 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM AEST
- Saturday, 17 August, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM AEST
- Saturday, 17 August, 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM AEST
- Saturday, 17 August, 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM AEST
- Saturday, 17 August, 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM AEST
- Saturday, 17 August, 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM AEST
Star Wars Outlaws is the newest instalment in the Star Wars universe, and the latest in a range of games historically released for the multimedia franchise, this instalment taking place between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi.
Star Wars Outlaws will be launched on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Ubisoft Connect on 30 August. Players can start playing up to three days earlier from 27 August with a Ubisoft+ Premium subscription or by preordering the Gold Edition or Ultimate Edition.
