A new content expansion titled Bounty of Guns has been released for Galvanic Games and Devolver Digital’s Wizard with a Gun. This expansion is available at no additional cost and introduces a range of new enemies into the game’s environment, known as the Shatter. Players are tasked with hunting down these adversaries using an expanded selection of weapons.
To mark the occasion, the base game is now being offered at a 40% discount for a limited period on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X platforms. Additionally, the Gunmancer Pack DLC is currently on sale for PC and PlayStation 5, while Xbox players can obtain it through the Deluxe Edition, which is available at a 25% discount.
In Bounty of Guns, players will navigate the increasingly perilous Shatter, taking on challenging Bounties that promise special rewards upon completion. The new enemies introduced in this expansion are not only quicker and stronger but also come equipped with special attacks. Defeating these foes allows players to claim their rewards from the Bounty Mechana, unlocking a variety of new and powerful weaponry.
The expansion broadens the game’s arsenal significantly, adding over 50 new firearms to the lineup. This includes the introduction of new weapon types such as a minigun, mortar, and two-handed SMG, each boasting unique characteristics, powders, and applications. Additionally, players can now display their collected weapons on Gun Mounts, a new type of furniture for the Tower.
Bounty of Guns also brings four new mini-bosses, each distinct to their respective biome, and introduces Ambush Events that occur randomly as players explore the Overworld. Beyond the free content, the Wizard With a Gun Bounty Hunter Pack is available for purchase. This pack includes recipes for new Musketeer, Barbarian, and Potionmaker’s outfits, priced at AUD$10.25 / US$6.99 / £5.89 / €6.89.
