During today’s latest episode on the Official Xbox Podcast, the team was joined by Avowed’s game director Carrie Patel and gameplay director Gabe Paramo to share an extended look and additional insights on the game following its recent showcase during the Xbox Developer_Direct livestream. It is hoped that players will see and enjoy receiving more detail on the moment-to-moment experience of the combat system, and where the featured quest fits in the larger narrative of Avowed. In addition, hear more on how Obsidian embraces its motto of “your worlds, your way” and how this manifests in Avowed.
Scheduled for release later this year, Avowed will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Cloud. Furthermore, it will debut on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on day one.
