Genshin Impact 4.0 is now live on all servers, giving players access to the next major chapter of the Archon Quest, the new region of Fontaine and a number of new characters for you to meet, share travels with, and eventually, if lady luck shines upon you, eventually recruit to your party.
For the first half of Genshin Impact 4.0’s lifecycle, players will be able to access two different event “gacha” wish banners through primogems – obtainable through general play or via spending real money. Of focus are two bow users – the Hydro bow user Yelan who is a returning figure from the v2.x lifecycle, and the newly introduced pyro-bow user Lyney who favours mono-pyro teams and is featured alongside his 4-star anemo sword user Lynette.
Yelan’s Discerner of Enigmas banner and Lyney’s Conjuring Chiaroscuro banners are both available for approximately 20 days, and also feature increased drop-rates for Lynette and returning v1.0 characters Barbara and Bennett.

Genshin Impact Version 4.0: As Light Rain Falls Without Reason is now available on the PC, iOS, Android, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.

Just a reminder that Genshin Impact, like many mobile games, is powered by a gacha system for pulling many of the game’s characters and 5-star weapons.
