Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection Launching on PC Mid-October 2022

Although the first three Uncharted games have never been brought across to the PC and therefore remain a PlayStation console exclusive, Sony Interactive Entertainment and Naughty Dog have made the interesting decision to release Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection onto the PC starting Wednesday 19 October 2022. The oddity is that the games in this collection are not standalone experiences, but instead are the (current) concluding chapters to the flagship franchise.

Priced at $74.95 AUD or local equivalent, this collection will offer PC gamers the chance to experience the full-length, single-player games Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Like other first-party PlayStation games ported across to the PC, gamers should go into this expecting numerous PC optimisations and controls, with SIE boasting “PC-centric quality-of-life enhancements such as reimagined UI, scale sliders, GPU and VRAM detection, Variable Load Speed, and so much more”.

With the same bundle currently priced at $59.95 AUD on the PlayStation Store for the PlayStation 4, purchasing this collection for the PC will cost you more money. However, if you are PC-exclusive gamer or desired to check out this game using the full potential of your gaming PC, this may be something up your alley – as they are both very competently built, enjoyable games by todays standards.
