Inertial Drift Launching Natively on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S This September

Take yourself back in time to a 90s style retro future in Inertial Drift, the 2020 arcade-style drift racer developed by Level 91 Entertainment and published by PQube. With what appears to be very positive reviews on the Steam storefront, among other things, it seems like they are preparing to expand upon the original game by releasing a ‘Twilight Rivals’ expansion this coming September.

There will be two ways to enjoy the new content, the main option being buying the expansion content as an add-on on the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One or PC. But newcomers who have their mittens on a PlayStation 5 and/or Xbox Series X|S may prefer the option of the Inertial Drift Twilight Rivals Edition, which includes a native copy of the base game (with support for either 4K resolution or 120 fps frame rate) and all the new content.

Promoted features of Inertial Drift: Twilight Rivals Edition includes:

Challenge The ‘Twilight Rivals’ In An All-New Story Mode
When the ‘Twilight Rivals’ arrive on the scene they quickly establish themselves as the hardest challenge you’ve faced yet.

New Performance & Quality Modes!
Choose between unrivalled performance at 120 Frames Per Second or Exquisite Quality at a full 4K Resolution (Obviously this would depend on your chosen platform).

24 Fiercely Individual Cars
Each vehicle is a totally different beast with unique characteristics to master. Get behind the wheel and try to tame sport hatchbacks, coupes, supercars and more.

14 Demanding Tracks
Tear through neon city streets, race around rural temple complexes and hurtle down winding mountain passes. Mastered each track? Reverse the route and start at the finish line for an all-new experience.

Local & Online Multiplayer
Think you’ve mastered the perfect drift? What better way to prove it than going head-to-head with friends both online and locally or testing your best laps with car-specific leaderboards!
