Marvel’s Avengers to Have Free All-Access Weekend From Thursday

If you have been waiting for your chance to play Marvel’s Avengers on the PC, PlayStation 4 and Google Stadia, next weekend will be an opportunity to do so. Square Enix together with developer Crystal Dynamics has confirmed that a free All-Access weekend will be available to all interested parties from Thursday 29 July 2021 until Sunday 1 August 2021.

The All-Access weekend will give anyone and everyone on all three platforms access to the full game, in addition to all other released elements including the Reassemble campaign, the ongoing Avengers Initiative, and the Kate Bishop and Hawkeye Operations. Those who purchase the game after the event will be eligible to carry across all progresses and purchases made, provided they stick with the same platform.

Those interested in the event will need to download the client from the their preferred platform’s respective digital distribution platform. Those interested in the Xbox version of Marvel’s Avengers will need to wait – although Square Enix has confirmed “A similar all-access opportunity on Xbox consoles will be available in the coming months”.

There’s never been a better time to assemble in Marvel’s Avengers. We’re nearing our one-year anniversary, and players who jump in will get eight heroes, tons of single- and multi-player content, ongoing events, and more.

In addition, we have the War for Wakanda expansion coming in August, so now is a great opportunity to get started so you’re ready to play as Black Panther and take on Klaw with the rest of the Avengers.
