Square Enix Presents Livestream to Run During E3 2021

With E3 2021 once again looking different this year, many publishers are opting to forgo the traditional press conference and instead move to digital platforms to make their announcements available to the broadest audience possible. For video game developer and publisher Square Enix, this will come in the form of a Square Enix Presents Livestream to commence on Monday 14 June 2021 at 5.15 am AEST. Streaming via both their Twitch and Youtube channels, this will be Square Enix’s equivalent to an E3 2021 Keynote Presentation.

The stream will feature news from studios across the world, with some confirmed highlights including:

  • The world premiere of a new game from EidosMontréal
  • An update on BABYLON’S FALL
  • Details about Marvel’s Avengers Expansion: Black Panther- War for Wakanda and updates on upcoming in-game events
  • A deep dive on Life is Strange: True Colors and a first look at Life is Strange: Remastered Collection

Will we see more news about Final Fantasy XVI following its surprise announcement last year? Might we finally see something new and exciting from tri-Ace? Will they have met the pleas of some and decided to offer a HD remaster of Radiata Stories? You have to tune in to find out… or check back afterwards for my summary.
