It has surprisingly been ten years since Sony Interactive Entertainment released their PlayStation Plus service to the public. A perk for others and a bane for others, this subscription service took the previously free online multiplayer for all games on the platform and locked it behind a paywall, but did provide gamers access to a monthly assortment of free games and other in-demand features at the time.
In a statement provided by Sony, they have said:

It’s been a memorable journey over the years, bringing gamers together and providing access to compelling content and exclusive discounts for our members. We wouldn’t be here without all of you, so as a thank you, we wanted to make this upcoming monthly games announcement extra special by adding a bonus game to the already incredible lineup.
In July 2020, three PlayStation 4 games will be available for active subscribers of the service to download – NBA 2K20, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration and Erica. These will be available from 7 July 2020 until being replaced on 3 August 2020. You can read more about each below:
NBA 2K20

Erica

Erica makes use of a companion app, which requires a mobile or tablet device which supports iOS (iOS 9.0 or later) or Android (Android 4.1 and up).
In addition to these games, a 10 Years of PS Plus theme will be added to the PlayStation Store in multiple regions from later this week, available for a limited time.
