Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic which in particular is battering the United States, Nippon Ichi Software America has confirmed that they will be unable to proceed with their Red Moon Day this year. Marking the Disgaea in-universe event where Prinnies who have done their time of servitude gather to be reincarnated, they usually hold a gathering at Anime Expo marking the occasion. But with Anime Expo 2020 no longer going ahead, such festivities are not possible. But, that is not to say you cannot help support the American Red Cross (their chosen charity) and get some great merch at the same time.
From now until 31 July 2020, NIS America are offering “Together in Spirit!” shirts via their online store for $19.99 USD. During this period, 100% of every shirt sold will be donated to the American Red Cross’ Coronavirus Outbreak Fund. Via their official blog, the company shared the below:
We are disappointed that we can’t hold our normal gathering this year due to current events, but we still want to uphold the spirit of community inspired by Red Moon Day while celebrating the friendships we have made over the last few years. Thus, we are partnering with The American Red Cross to host the Red Moon Day Charity Fundraiser 2020 as a way to give back to the community and remind others that even if we may feel far apart from everything and everyone, we are not alone. We are together in spirit!

Additionally, since Red Moon Day is about reincarnation, giving blood is a fantastic way to help out while potentially saving a life! Blood donation is essential to ensuring the health of our communities. The need for blood is constant, and volunteer donors are the only source of blood for those in need.
