Game Freak may be best known for their long-time development of the Pokemon RPG video game series, but the studio have occasionally dabbled in other projects. The most recent of these is Little Town Hero, an RPG which claims to combine a “strategic “grind-free” turn-based combat system with a whimsical and charming story of a boy who dreams of seeing the world beyond his village”. You take the control of a protagonist who defends their home against monster attacks, using your creativity to come up with new ideas around fighting, and ultimately become a hometown hero.
Previously giving a Spring 2020 launch window for the game, NIS America have confirmed the game will be available from 2 June 2020 in North America, 5 June 2020 in Europe and 12 June 2020 in Australia and New Zealand. Available for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, a physical Big Idea Edition will be offered which includes:

About Little Town Hero
In an isolated village at the edge of the world, a young boy named Axe dreams of seeing the outside world, although everyone is forbidden from venturing beyond the town borders.
