[Video] The Confidants of Persona 5 – #4 Hifumi Togo

The protagonists of Persona 3 and 4 were able to use the bonds formed with primary and secondary characters to boost the powers of their Persona’s during their creation – through a system known as “Social Links”. In Persona 5, this system has been replaced by characters known as “Confidants” – who will grant the protagonist special skill bonuses, useful services and more, the more he gets to know them. Storming a palace requires a good plan, and the Phantom Thieves are able to learn a lot about strategy from the brilliant and beautiful shogi player Hifumi Togo. Spending time playing with Hifumi will help the protagonist come up with new abilities for use during battle - such as swapping out members mid-fight, fleeing from ambushes and more.
