A Day Head-Start Being Offered to Those Who Pre-Order Dishonored 2

It has recently been confirmed by Bethesda Softworks that they will be offering a day head-start to anyone who pre-orders a copy of Dishonored 2. This means that rather than diving into the game on Friday 11 November 2016, you will be able to begin playing on Thursday 10 November 2016. Might not be too much of a benefit for those who have to work, but might be a good opportunity for those who have a day free to begin playing early.

It isn’t fully clear how this will be undertaken. While it sounds quite easy to manage when it comes to each platforms respective digital store (PlayStation Store, Xbox Marketplace and Steam) – I can imagine it would be more logistically challenging when it comes to retail outlets and ensuring that distribution is limited to just those who pre-ordered. Time will tell how this is achieved.

Bethesda Softworks have also shared a new gameplay video for Dishonored 2 titled: “Kill the Grand Inventor”. This eight and a half minute video follows Emily Kaldwin, as she navigates the grand inventor’s treacherous and intricate Clockwork Mansion using her supernatural abilities, weapons and gadgets.

Developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, Dishonored 2 is set to launch worldwide starting November 11th 2016 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC.
