Travel Upon the Surface Riding a Mech in Second Just Cause 3 Expansion

Like many games like it, Just Cause 3 from Avalanche Studios and Square Enix is receiving post-launch support through additional downloadable content. The main content at this stage is the Air, Land and Sea trilogy, the first of which saw players take to the skies a couple of months back. Back for its second outing and focusing on “Land” content, the companies have released Just Cause 3: Mech Land Assault. This content is now available to those who own the Air, Land and Sea Expansion Pass, and will go on general sale to everyone else starting June 10th.

Mech Land Assault takes Rico Rodriguez to the new island of Lacrima, home to an abandoned eDEN research base and a prison camp run by the mysterious Black Hand. Defended by huge powerful Mechs, Rico will need the new Bavarium Power Core rifle to disable their shields and hijack them. Once inside, Rico can use their powerful cannons and the GRIP Gravity Guns to hurl and smash the enemy into pieces.

With the island teeming with Mechs, it would be disappointing if players were not able to use them. Therefore, it will be possible to pilot two types of powerful Mech and drive them anywhere in Medici. These come with new gameplay opportunities, which I imagine would have some practical uses outside the content provided by this pack.

The Mech Land Assault pack is individually priced at $11.99 / €11.99 / £9.49, or is alternatively available as part of the Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass for $24.99 / €24.99 / £19.99.
