Alongside other apps, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft is joining in on the Apps for Earth Initiative currently being run by Apple. According to Blizzard Entertainment, from now until April 24th 2016, customers on Apple devices will be able to purchase the Khadgar hero from the in-game Hearthstone store.
Khadgar is currently priced at $7.99, however 100% of the proceeds from the purchase will go towards supporting the World Wildlife Fund – also known as the WWF.
The Archmage Khadgar is a well-known hero to the denizens of Azeroth. Once Medivh’s apprentice, now he’s renowned as one of the most powerful Mages in history.
