The Witch and the Hundred Knight: Revival Edition Now Available in PAL Regions

-

While the game may take a few more days to launch in some regions, Nippon Ichi Software America have this morning confirmed that The Witch and the Hundred Knight: Revival Edition is now available for purchase in PAL regions. This follows their North American release of this game a couple of days ago.

This version includes updates (including hopefully fixing the noticeable bugs), visual enhancements and the ‘Tower of Illustion’. The Tower of Illusion is a new dungeon which can be accessed by offering a weapon, with greater weapons providing greater opportunities to encounter strong enemies and more enticing loot. While you will enter the tower as the Hundred Knight, building “Concentrated Mana” will allow players to summon Metallia for a limited amount of time – who comes with a range of powerful skills befitting her title as a witch. This is the only time players will be able to play as the lead heroine.

Until March 31st, players can also head to the PlayStation Store and download the “Metallia’s Sword” DLC for free. Equipping Metallia with this sword will make her even more powerful when questing through the Tower of Illusion.

About The Witch and the Hundred Knight: Revival Edition

Fed up with being unable to travel beyond the borders of her swamp, the witch Metallia forges a contract with the legendary Hundred Knight to help her realize her ambition of spreading her swamp throughout all of Medea. As the Hundred Knight, your mission is to do whatever your master, the Swamp Witch, commands. Explore the world, destroy Pillars built to prevent her swamp from spreading, and wreak indiscriminate havoc. However, in the back of your inhuman mind, you begin to wonder… What prevents Metallia from leaving the swamp? Why do the other witches shun her, and how can she survive in a swamp that is notorious for how poisonous its fumes are? Is Metallia really a witch to respect, or is she one to fear?
