Following their release of Demon Gaze (2014) and Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy (2015), Nippon Ichi Software America are set to bring a new Experience Inc. developed dungeon-crawling RPG experience in 2016. Following their announcement of Stranger of Sword City last year, NIS America have shared new details on the game.
First off, Stranger of Sword City has had to be delayed slightly from its original release date. It will now be available in North America starting April 26th 2016, and PAL regions a few days later on April 29th.
NIS America have also confirmed that, similar to Operation Abyss: New Tokyo Legacy, players will have a choice of two different art styles rather than one. One of the art styles features anime-style character designs while the other features designs which are more western in approach. You can see some samples at the bottom of this post.
Developed by Experience and published outside of Japan by Nippon Ichi Software America, Stranger of Sword City is set for release on the PlayStation Vita in late-April 2016.
