A few weeks out from their PAL region release of Etrian Odyssey 2 Untold: The Fafnir Knight, Nippon Ichi Software America has shared the dungeon-crawling RPG’s ‘Classic Mode’ trailer.
Unlike the original Etrian Odyssey video games on the Nintendo DS, the enhanced Nintendo 3DS ports allow players to access two different gameplay modes. One follows a group of named and fully-voiced characters on their quest, while another provides less storyline but allows you to create a party of your own characters. The latter is rightfully known as “Classic Mode”.
Etrian Odyssey 2: The Fafnir Knight will launch in PAL regions beginning February 12th 2016, through both digital and physical channels. Those in North America can already pick up the game, which was published by ATLUS USA in 2015.
