-

Developed by the team at Zoink Games, who previously worked on the 2014 multiplatform game Stick it to the Man!, it has today been announced that Zombie Vikings is now available to download on the PlayStation 4. The game is now available in Europe, Australia and the Americas, with a release in Japan and selected regions in Asia to follow in a few days times.

This release follow’s Zombie Vikings’ inclusion in the inaugural PlayStation Plus voting period. Although it did not come out on top (with that honour going to Grow Home), all PlayStation Plus users will enjoy a 30% launch discount from launch all the way until September 15. Regular prices for the game are $19.99 / €19.99 / £14.99.

Zoink Games have described Zombie Vikings as a “one to four-player co-op stab-you-in-the-gut-a-thon”. The game follows a “putrid posse” of Vikings, who are sent out on a mission through a variety of worlds to retrieve Odin’s lost eye.

Zombie Vikings is currently only available digitally on the PlayStation 4. However, they are also working on a Ragnarök Editiön physical release and a PC Steam edition.
