To now be available approximately one week later than initially planned, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe have announced that Sword Art Online RE: Hollow Fragment is now planned for release on the PlayStation 4 starting August 4th 2015. It is currently unknown why there was a slight delay, but it is still not a tremendous difference in release date.
Sword Art Online RE: Hollow Fragment is a port of Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment, which was originally released on the PlayStation Vita.
This will unfortunately be a digital exclusive title, available only through each region’s PlayStation Store. However, those who have a PlayStation Vita copy of the game will be able to transfer some of their items across, so there is no need to start completely from scratch.
