Been looking to play more rhythm games on your PlayStation Vita? PM Studios and Acttil have this morning announced that they will be publishing a new rhythm game in the BEATCRAFT series. Titled ‘SUPERBEAT: XONiC‘, this title will be released later this year via retail outlets and the PlayStation Store in North America. No PAL region release has been confirmed as of this date.
Developed by PM Studios (DJMAX Technika, DJ MAX Portable 3 and DJMAX Fever) alongside Nurijoy, SUPERBEAT: XONiC is set to feature similar rhythm based gameplay to their prior releases albeit with new user interfaces and rhythms. They claim that more “innovative and interactive music game experience” they provide will “rock players’ worlds”. Overall, 45 tracks will be included in the base release, with 200 different play patterns.
