Australian publisher Surprise Attack Games have announced that they are starting off 2015 by working with development teams at MAF Games and Touch Touch to release Hexxy Snake on the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. This game will be available at a price of $2.99 USD starting January 14th.
So what is Hexxy Snake? Surprise Attack Games have described it as a “radical hexagonal reinvention” of a game that many mobile phone owners in the late 90’s and early 2000’s will be familiar with… Snake. Players must steer their hungry hexagonal snake through mazes, touching left or right to steer counter-clockwise or clockwise, as they seek the precious yellow food gems. Each of the stages in the game paints a hex-dot picture that must be navigated at break-neck speed.
This app will be launching with 100 stages across four level packs, with plans to add even more stages and a level editor later this year.
