A few months out from their March 26th 2015 Japanese launch date of Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance (Makai Senki Disgaea 5 – 魔界戦記ディスガイア5), Nippon Ichi Software have shared their opening animation for the game.
While still a fairly strong opening sequence for the game, it doesn’t seem to have as much impact as the ones produced for Disgaea 4 or Disgaea D2 in my opinion.
Nippon Ichi Software America have already confirmed plans to localize and publish Disgaea 5 internationally in 2015.
