While it was Sumo Digital who took over lead development for LittleBigPlanet 3, Media Molecule have been dedicating their attention towards Tearaway Unfolded. Serving as an enhanced port of the initially PlayStation Vita exclusive platformer, this PlayStation 4 edition will feature a number of new features, improvements and storyline additions from the original.
During the PlayStation Experience this weekend, Media Molecule shared a brand new trailer for the game. As quoted from their Community Manager James Spafford:
As you’ll see, Tearaway Unfolded brings an entirely new experience to the game, thanks to the unique features of the DualShock 4. From swiping the touch pad to unleash great gusts of wind into the world, to throwing items and creatures out of your TV and into your controller, you’ll be able to break the fourth wall and make your mark on the world, all while having fun with your messenger!
Headed exclusively to the PlayStation 4, Tearaway Unfolded is expected to launch at an unspecified date in 2015.
