After their ports of Agarest: Generations of War and its prequel Agarest: Generations of War Zero, it should hardly come as a surprise that Ghostlight Games have this evening announced their plans to port Agarest: Generations of War 2 to the PC via Steam. With support from original Japanese developers Compile Heart, Ghostlight are once again enlisting the support of Laughing Jackal to release the game internationally over the coming months.
Agarest 2 is the third and currently final game in the set of main Agarest RPG’s. This instalment introduces several new features including a faster paced active grid-based battle system and, of course, an all new Agarest Universe to explore.
For those who don’t want to wait, the PlayStation 3 edition of Agarest 2 is already available for purchase in both North America and PAL regions.

For it will be that power which will be used to resurrect the one whose life he stole.
For those who betray the divine will pay for their sins in the space which separates salvation and damnation, as will their progeny…
