For whatever reason they had, ever since confirming that Watch_Dogs would be delayed from its initial November 2013 release date, Ubisoft have been relatively quiet on their highly anticipated multiplatform release. Breaking their silence today, the video game developer / publisher have confirmed that Watch_Dogs will be available for purchase on the 27th May 2014.
To commemorate this announcement, Ubisoft have shared the above two-and-a-half minute trailer that gives a closer look at the storyline of the game. Can we expect to see Watch_Dogs rise above the high standards of Ubisoft Montreal’s past work on the Assassin’s Creed franchise? Only time shall tell…
Watch_Dogs is set for release on the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox360, Xbox One and Wii U video game consoles.
