Namco Bandai Share First Three Character Trailers for Tales of Symphonia Chronicles

Namco Bandai Games Europe have recently released the first three trailers in a series of character introduction videos for their upcoming release of Tales of Symphonia Chronicles on the PlayStation 3.

This HD collection features the two games that make up the Tales of Symphonia chronology – the original Gamecube installment in the series first published back in 2003 and its sequel for the Nintendo Wii (Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World). These three videos introduce Lloyd, Colette and Kratos who were introduced in the first half of the series.

Lloyd Irving
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Height: 173cm (5’8″)
Weight: 58kg (128 lbs)
Class: Swordsman

Found abandoned in a forest while he was an infant, Lloyd has been raised by his adoptive father, a dwarf. He is respected by all for his agile mind and skill at making quick decisions, but his grades in school leave much to be desired. With a tendency to show off, he tries to be as cool as possible, but he’s actually a kind spirit who puts his heart into what he does.

Colette Brunel
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Height: 158cm (5’2″)
Weight: 44kg (97 lbs)
Class: Chosen One (Angel)

Lloyd’s childhood friend. Though she is dignified and graceful during her ceremonies as the Chosen, she is normally a clumsy, absent-minded and easygoing girl. But she has a strong inner will, and is definitely no sheltered little girl. Rather, in emergencies she acts boldly, and bravely works to help her friends.

Kratos Aurion
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Height: 186cm (6’1″)
Weight: 78kg (172 lbs)
Class: Magic Swordsman

A mysterious swordsman who identifies himself as a mercenary. His skill with a sword is topnotch, and he joins the journey of world regeneration to act as a bodyguard for Colette. He has sharp, penetrating eyes, perhaps because of the countless battles he has had to face in his lifetime.

Founder of The Otaku's Study. I have been exploring this labyrinth of fandom these last fifteen years, and still nowhere close to the exit yet. Probably searching for a long time to come.
