Rather than choosing to reuse the opening sequence for Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk.2 in their upcoming PS Vita release of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2: Sisters Generation, Japanese video game studio Compile Heart have recently showed off the new opening produced and planned for inclusion in the game. You can check it out in its entirety above. Like the original it has a greater focus on the CPU Candidates than the CPU Goddesses who were the focus on the first game.
In addition to this video reveal, Compile Heart also shared the four below battle system screenshots for the game.
Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 2: Sisters Generation is set for release within Japan on the 20th March 2014, with no international release plans confirmed to date. With Nippon Ichi Software America having published all PS3 installments in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series and being more dedicated to Vita releases this year…. I think there is a decent chance we could see them acquire Re;Birth and Re;Birth 2.
