Similar to other content on this game posted in the last couple of hours, Japanese developer GUST Corporation and publisher Tecmo Koei have shared an eleven and a half minute “Director’s Choice” gameplay preview of upcoming JRPG release Ar no Surge.
As a Director’s Choice selection of in-game footage, it shows a little bit of everything from the different characters (Including main characters Delta Lantanoir and Earthes) navigating the world and interacting with each other to the in-game battle system to the return of a similar Dive system that was present in earlier Ar Tonelico games.
Ar no Surge is set for release within Japan exclusively on the PlayStation 3 from the 6th March 2014. No word has been made on any international release plans, and could be questionable considering that Tecmo Koei (Who now publishes GUST titles internationally) has never dealt with the Ar Tonelico franchise in the English-speaking market. All earlier titles were handled by Nippon Ichi Software America.
