Earlier on, the team at Laughing Jackal teased that one of their previously released games would be ported over to and re-released on the PC through the Steam service following their collaboration with Ghostlight to bring Agarest: Generations of War to the same platform. The publisher has confirmed that this title will be OMG HD Zombies, originally published on the Playstation Vita.
The company have stated that they have a working build of the game on the platform, and are at the point where they are adding features and options that are almost always required for PC gamers including resolution settings, leaderboards, mouse / keyboard / gamepad support and the trading cards that users seem to demand that every game must have.
The zombie virus in OMG HD Zombies is the result of a virulent fungus that causes its zombified victims to explode when attacked. You might think this is cool, but the catch is that if any infected matter lands on another zombie then they explode to… leading to a chain-reaction tsunami of zombie gore.
