Namco Bandai Games Australia have this afternoon confirmed that Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle will be headed to Australian and New Zealand game retailer shelves in 2013, exclusive to the Playstation 3. This game is set to give fans an action-fighting experience based on the Hirohiko Araki manga.

Since its first appearance in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1987, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure manga has sold more than 70 million copies around the world; it is also the second longest running Shueisha manga. JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure counts the story of Jonathan Joestar’s cursed family; the manga covers the adventures of several generations and their Nemesis; each part of the series focuses on a descendant and has its fair share of belligerents.

Developed by CyberConnect 2, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is set to join the company’s manga to video game adaptation set already consisting of titles such as Naruto Shippuden. The game is set to include plenty of JoJo-esque features such as battle styles, heart heat gauges and more. Fans will fight with characters coming from all of 8 Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure chapters.
