While no international release of the service is planned or even likely, Namco Bandai have today launched their The Idolm@ster Channel service on the Playstation 3. The service which was recently announced at this years Tokyo Game Show comes as a free download from the Playstation Network store which gives users access to a variety of content from the Idolm@ster franchise.
At a fee users can also take advantage of a PS3-port of PSP/iOS title The Idolm@ster: Shiny Festa renamed The Idolm@ster Shiny TV as well as access to the formerly limited edition releases of The Idolm@ster Gravure For You – a photography spin-off series of nine games.
