Sega Release New Trailer for Hatsune Miku Project Mirai 2

-

While those of us internationally celebrated the release of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F on the Playstation 3, the first release in our market despite the ever-growing popularity of the Hatsune Miku / Vocaloid franchises – in Japan they have a couple of releases to look forward to. While the Project Diva releases are primarily for Playstation consoles, the Nintendo 3DS is treated with the Project Mirai series. Featuring a wide range of songs as well, its key difference is that the characters are styled after Nendoroid figures rather than their more humanoid appearances in other releases.

Featuring more costumes and songs than its predecessor, Hatsune Miku: Project Mirai 2 is set for release this November in Japan. Sega and developers Crypton Future Media have recently shared a new four minute trailer for the game. Both the classic and touch-screen gameplay is previewed alongside a number of the 47 songs to be available in the release.

While Sega have internationally made the jump to releasing Hatsune Miku games internationally, there is no word if Project Mirai 1 or 2 will ever be released outside of Japan.
