It was a bit odd that even several days after the games international release, Namco Bandai still hadn’t released a launch trailer for Tales of Xillia. But whatever the hold-up the company have since shared the trailer and made it available via their official Youtube channel.
Unfortunately the trailer doesn’t really show much about the game that hasn’t been shown before, being pretty much a narrator-less version of the 30 second “Two Heroes, Two Nations, One Destiny” video they released earlier in the month.
Given that they were doing quite a lot of promotion for the game including Day One and Collector’s editions – I would have thought they’d have done a longer and weightier trailer as they did for Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch earlier on in the year.
That aside, I will let my review of Tales of Xillia speak for my opinion on the game. Tales of Xillia was released last week on the Playstation 3, and will be followed up by its sequel Tales of Xillia 2 sometime in 2014.
