Following results from a marketing research study back in June 2013, Ubisoft have been rather optimistic about the Rocksmith series – even going as far as giving the game one of the first feature spots during their E3 2013 press conference. If you are looking for more of the same guitar playing / education experience with a few extra goodies mingled into the mix – Ubisoft plan to have Rocksmith 2014 out on store shelves this October.
Rather than simply preview some snippets from the game, the Rocksmith Community Developer Mike Madavi has provided a six minute video where he answers a handful of commonly asked questions about the game.
Rocksmith 2014 Edition is an all-new edition of Rocksmith which improves on the original Rocksmith in nearly every way and introduces the revolutionary new Session Mode. With a completely redesigned interface, all-new featuresand over 50 brand-new hit songs, Rocksmith 2014 Edition is tailored to better teach the key elements of guitar playing, and to make learning faster and more fun than any other method. Loading times have been reduced and Riff Repeater is now available on-the-fly. There are more supported techniques and tunings, more than 80 new instructional video, and new Guitarcade minigames to take learning to the next level.
