Nintendo alongside developer Platinum Games have released a new prologue trailer for their upcoming Wii U exclusive release of The Wonderful 101.
As you may already have guessed from the games title and this trailer, the world has fallen under attack from an alien threat, and the only means of stopping it is Wonder Red and the other superheroes of the secret group known only as the Wonderful 101. Given that Platinum Games have usually handled more serious and/or adult-oriented games in the past (Eg. Bayonetta / Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance), it will be interesting to see how they will handle a more all-ages approachable game (Has been classified as PG in Australia).
This is one title I certainly look forward to checking out when it releases next month in PAL regions including Europe and Australia. Gamers in North America will however have to wait until mid-September to get their hands on this superhero action game.
