With the games launch date looming and a number of character / battle / field preview videos already released for the game, the Gust Corporation have chosen to focus their latest trailer for Atelier Escha & Logy on the one element that really sets the franchise apart from the competition. While not unique, the Atelier series – and especially the games on the Playstation 3 have incorporated a storyline and gameplay built around the alchemy system – where items collected, dropped by enemy or purchased can be synthesized into bigger and greater items.
Atelier Escha & Logy is set for release on the 27th June 2013 in Japan. No international release date has been confirmed yet, but I suggest waiting until E3 next week as I predict we may hear some news about this.
