Despite the developer – Bungie’s long-time roots on the Xbox consoles with the Halo series, they were in attendance at the Playstation press conference at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) earlier today. At this conference not only did we see a brand new trailer for the game but also a 12-minute long demo which marks Destiny’s first major gameplay debut. While an official video of this demo has yet to be released, some users have captured it from the live stream and posted it up on Youtube – one of which I have included below:
In addition to these videos, Bungie and Activision have also released a brand new set of screenshots for the title which you can also check out below. Destiny is set for release on the Playstation 3, Playstation 4, XBox360 and Xbox One platforms at some point in the future, most likely during 2014.
