Looks like we have a new video game and digital contents publisher on the market, this one founded by three former members of the (still) awesome team at Nippon Ichi Software America – Jack Niida, Hiroko Kanazashi and Nao Miyazawa. Their proclaimed focus is on bringing fun, creative games / digital contents such as eBooks from around the world that will target PC’s, consoles, web and mobile platforms. They hope to deliver products and services that are adventurous and unique, to make everyone smile!

We are optimistic with the current digital content environment. It is quite promising for independent developers and we would love to work closely with them and help achieve their goals.
For independent developers, acttil will help publish and also provide marketing expertise, analytics, monetization strategies, game feedback, and promotional/sales plans. Acttil will also provide localization services such as translation, editing, package design, and advertisement design. Expect to hear more from this new company soon.
OH! While I am uncertain the official way of pronouncing the companies title, it is an acronym for Acceptance + Creativity + Teamwork + Trust + Innovation + Love.
